I graduated from The Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław at the faculty of Painting and Sculpture. I studied at the atelier of professor Józef Hałas and Prof. Leszek Mickoś as well as lithography at the atelier of Professor Paweł Frąckiewicz and mezzotint at the atelier of Professor Chris Nowicki and obtained MA in 2002. In the early stage of my artistic development, I came close to abstractionism. However, today I am focused on gurative painting and another passion is graphic art, especially mezzotint. My work can be divided into two main trends: pictures of children and fantasy images. The main theme of my work is mystery created in a world of sleepy fairytales resulting in a unique atmosphere. Currently, my mind is focused on ceramic work, which is maintained in the same, unique atmosphere of fantasy tales, as seen in the rest of my work.
